ALBANY, Ore. — Sophomores Austen Carpenter and Fridtjof Fremstad earned the Northwest Athletic Conference Academic Excellence Award for Spring sports.

The Academic Excellence Awards are presented each quarter / sport season to recognize student-athletes for academic commitment and achievement.

  • Minimum of 36 Credits Earned
  • 3.25 Cumulative GPA
  • Recommended by the College

On average, student-athletes outperform the general student body at LBCC by more than four-tenths of a grade point (3.0 / 2.57) in the most recent two-year cohort.
