Former Roadrunner Brown to Make Major League Debut
Former Roadrunner standout Seth Brown makes his Major League Baseball debut tonight for the Oakland A's in Kansas City.
The left-handed first baseman from Medford, Ore. played for LBCC from 2011-13. Brown went on to play at Lewis & Clark State College and was drafted in the 15th round by the Oakland A's in 2015.
We previously posted an article about Brown's success for the A's Triple A affiliate, the Las Vegas Aviators, here. He has been an offensive power for the Aviators this season.
UPDATE: Brown goes 2-for-6 with one RBI and two runs scored, starting in left field for the A's in their 19-4 win over Kansas City. You can view the game recap and box score at MLB.com here:
