Roadrunners Head to NWAC Championships

ALBANY, Ore. - The Linn-Benton baseball team will start NWAC postseason play on Thursday, May 21 at the NWAC Baseball Championships in Longview, Washington. All contests will be played at David Story Field on the campus of Lower Columbia College. The Roadrunners (35-9, 27-9 NWAC South) come into the tournament as the top seed out of the south region after claiming their ninth consecutive region title. 

They will face the Knights of Wenatchee Valley College, winners of the East Super Regional. The Knights (31-19, 19-9 NWAC East) defeated Shoreline Community College to advance to the final site. The teams will play game two of the tournament, slated for a 12:35 PM first pitch.
