Linn-Benton Tops Mt. Hood 100-80

ALBANY, Ore. - Linn-Benton men's basketball eclipsed triple-digit points for the second night in a row, as they defeated Mt. Hood Community College 100-80. This marked the first time under head coach Todd Zimmermann reaching 100-plus points in back-to-back south region games.

The Roadrunners (12-14, 6-7 NWAC South) trailed 43-42 at the halftime intermission, but reeled off 58 points in the second half to take the victory at home. Kaiden Ford recorded a double-double with 26 points and 11 rebounds, while Braxton Long had 23 points to go with eight assists and four blocks. 

JoJo Harrower had 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Gabe Townsend had 13 points. Jackson Oglesby had 11 points for the Roadrunners who were steady with the ball, committing just nine turnovers all game.

The Roadrunners will next head to Eugene on Wednesday, February 18 as they will face the Titans of Lane Community College. That game is scheduled for a 5:30PM tip-off.
