OREGON CITY, Ore. - Linn-Benton men's basketball used a 56 point second half to overcome a 38-37 halftime deficit and defeat Clackamas Community College 93-87. The Roadrunners (13-15, 7-8 NWAC South) shot 55% from the field in the second half to get out in front of the host Cougars (16-12, 7-8 NWAC South) who mounted a furious rally late that came up short.
Kaiden Ford had a double-double with 32 points and 13 rebounds while Kai Russell had 27 points. Jackson Oglesby notched a double-double as well with 12 points and 10 rebounds. The Roadrunners outrebounded the Cougars 52-41 and defended the three-point line effectively, holding the hosts to just 8-34 from beyond the arc.
